• A full refund will be issued for products that are returned unopened within 15 days of receipt.
 

• A refund, less 10% restocking fee will be issued for products unused and returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt.
 

• After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
 

• No refunds will be issued for products that have been used.
 

• When returning a product, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
